Archaeological findings document cultivation of a single-grain wheat in Iran around 6,000 years BC. Common wheat appeared on the territory of today’s Czech Republic around 5,000 years BC. For the production of our flour, we buy wheat from approved growers in the Czech Republic with a guarantee of the grain origin from organic farming.

WHAT IS IT SUITABLE FOR

Fine organic wholemeal wheat flour is a popular ingredient for making buns, croissants, kolaches, waffles, doughnuts, pancakes, crumpets, cakes, muffins, confectionery and other dishes. It is suitable for thickening soups and sauces and it can be combined with other types of wheat and non-wheat flour.
