Archaeological findings document cultivation of a single-grain wheat in Iran around 6,000 years BC. Common wheat appeared on the territory of today’s Czech Republic around 5,000 years BC.

WHAT IS IT SUITABLE FOR

Coarse wheat flour is a popular ingredient for making dumplings, pasta, noodles, gnocchi, halusky, but can also be used for streusel in kolaches. It is not suitable to combine coarse wheat flour with other types or varieties of flour.
